(More customer reviews)Bought the alarm/remote about a year ago, had a few glitches but nothing major. My installer took care of all the programming ie.window and motion sensor along with a backup battery. Tha remote has worked perfectly. I recently bought a spare just in case I lost or damaged my original one. Can't go wrong for the money.
