(More customer reviews)I have a Samsung Epic 4G phone which charges over Micro USB. It has never had any problem with any USB power source, whether that be a computer, a hub, a Playstation 3 or several other wall adapters. For some reason when I plug it into this charger, it confuses the phone in such a way that the touchscreen doesn't work. Immediately after unplugging the phone it works again. I have no idea what this charger could be doing that it would cause it to do this.
It is not the fault of the phone, as every other charger works. I also tried another phone of the same model and got the exact same results.
Don't get this charger if you have a Samsung Epic, and be careful if you have any other smartphone.

It was a lifesaver in terms of helping me to run my laptop while on the road wherever I happened to stop during an extended road trip. This inverter is very simple to use: just plug it into your car's cigarette lighter and instantly, you have a working AC power-outlet. If there is any possible area for improvement, I would suggest that Bestek might provide an extension cord for the cigarette-lighter outlet because for some cars, that outlet is located in the ashtray, a location that too frequently does not have sufficient clearance to plug the inverter in.

I also googled the meaning of "Input & Output Isolation" `cause it was described as "High tech", and I found it's a safety tech for protection misuse,you are still safe even when one hand finger is touching inside the socket and the other hand finger's touching a metal in the car. This silly action barely happens but it makes me feel safer as I always have my kids in the car.
