I can easily spend most of the day with this tool in my hand and its performance is unmatched. Our company has put these impacts to the test. They are frequently dropped from ladders, but keep on working. When repairs are needed, they are easy to do and the parts are even easier to order (from Milwaukee). I even use it for those really tight lug nugs on trucks. The rocker switch is a must. Sometimes the pin doesn't want to let go a the socket, but with a little persuation it comes right off. Overall, excellant tool, great performance, and amazing durability. Milwaukee impacts are just the best.
