(More customer reviews)This part fits a 2004 Chevy Express 2500 LS Passenger Van (Rear blower motor). The Resistor plugged right in and now - Low to Hi fan speeds all work again (only had Hi Speed). The resistor is located drivers side, behind the side panel at the rear of the van. A easy 2 minute fix.
