(More customer reviews)This is a very good inverter. I like that it has a digital display so I can calculate how long the battery will last. I usually use it with jump pack/ battery backup system that I built out of this battery boxMinnKota Trolling Motor Power Center. It works much better than a typical jump pack that you can purchase on here. I use an 80 amp hour (usable power without extremely discharging battery) so I can run whatever I need to for quite a long time. I keep it recharged via my cigarette lighter to the boxes cigarette lighter (you will need a cable with 2 male ends). It is a very good setup and this inverter easily mounts to the side of the box. Hope this helps and gives the inverter a better rating... The other two reviews are absolutely worthless.
By the way, you can purchase an adapter to be able to plug this into your cigarette lighter. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE 800 WATTS! You could then use this inverter to power equipment up to about 150 - 200 watts otherwise you will need to attach it directly to the battery.
